Prices And Inspection

Prices are subject to inspection. Final pricing may change if the item, area size, access, material, soil level or required treatment differs from the information provided in the enquiry.

Stains And Results

Stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on the fabric or carpet type, age of the stain, substance involved, previous cleaning attempts and condition of the material.

Drying Time

Drying time varies depending on fabric type, carpet type, ventilation, weather, temperature and the level of cleaning required. Pureline will provide practical drying guidance after the appointment.

Access To The Property

Customers should provide safe access to the property, parking where possible, working water/electricity access if required and clear access to the items or areas being cleaned.

Cancellations And Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Pureline as early as possible. Appointment times may need to change due to access issues, delays, weather or operational reasons.

Limited Liability

Pureline takes care when inspecting and cleaning items. Liability is limited to the service provided and does not cover pre-existing damage, wear, weak fibres, colour loss, shrinkage risk or issues not disclosed before cleaning.
