Quick answer
The practical answer
Professional sofa cleaning costs depend mainly on the item type, size, fabric, condition and any specialist treatment required. Pureline’s current guide prices start at €55 for an armchair, €70 for a two-seater sofa, €85 for a three-seater and €100 for a four-seater. A minimum booking of €80 applies.
Current Pureline guide prices
Pureline uses item-based pricing as a starting point: dining chairs €15 each, four dining chairs €55, armchairs €55, recliners €65, two-seater sofas €70, three-seaters €85, four-seaters €100, small corner sofas €130 and large corner sofas €150. Ottomans are €20 and extra cushions €8 each.
These are the values used by the current Smart Estimator. The final quotation is confirmed after Pureline reviews the details and any photos supplied. The €80 minimum booking can affect smaller single-item requests.
What changes the final quotation?
Size is only one factor. Fabric construction, loose cushions, access, visible soil, pet contamination and previous stain treatments can change the work required. A photograph helps with preparation, but an inspection may still be needed before a final price is confirmed.
Specialist odour treatment or fabric protection is separate from routine cleaning. It should only be recommended when relevant to the item and the customer’s goal.
How to compare quotations fairly
Check what is included, whether the cleaner is insured, how drying advice is handled and whether limitations are explained before work begins. The cheapest headline figure may not represent the same service. A useful quotation should identify the items, quantities and any optional treatment rather than relying on a vague whole-house promise.
Get a useful estimate
Count each sofa, chair, cushion and ottoman, note any recliners or corner sections, and send clear photographs in natural light. Use the Pureline Smart Estimator or review the professional upholstery cleaning service. If drying time matters, read how long a sofa can take to dry.
Frequently asked questions
Is a three-seater always €85?
€85 is the current Pureline starting item price. Condition, construction and any additional treatment can affect the confirmed quotation.
Why is there a minimum booking?
The €80 minimum reflects travel, preparation and the cost of providing a professional appointment even when only one smaller item is requested.
Can I get a price from photographs?
Photographs help Pureline prepare an estimate, but the final quotation may require review of fabric, access and condition.
